A Few Apps in "Waiting" Status After New iPad Set Up

I received a refurbished iPad Pro and chose the option to port data and settings from my old iPad to the "new" device. Most things seem to have gone well, but several of my password protected apps (Netflix, Prime Video, the app my town library uses for me to access ebooks, etc.) are in "waiting" mode. I think they may all need me to provide passwords (maybe?), but I can't open the apps to do that (they're grayed out), nor can I find anyplace in settings where I can associate a password with the apps in "waiting" status. Any ideas as to how I can resolve this matter?

Thank you. I had done all of that and still had a "loading" status this morning. However, I turned the device off again and turned it back on. Then I tried selecting the prioritize this app pop up menu selection available for one of the "loading" apps, and shortly thereafter, it went to "install" mode and finished. Slowly each of the others did the same. I still don't know really what triggered the move to install, but everything seems fine now. I don't think it was coincidental that turning the device on and off moved the process from waiting to loading and loading to install, but maybe it was?
