Yesterday I charged my iPhone 91% using my PC then I Shut it Down using side button + volume up and then I turn it on it was showing 95% charge. Screenshot shows it clearly. Please focus on date in time. As you can see it was last charge to 91% but after shutting it down and then turning it on increase charging percentage

View the Battery Health:
When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

It's a Guestimation:
In the long run of all of this, the percentage is a guestimation on Apple's part. I've seen mine increase and decrease intermittently. So, it is decrease and increased, then that is why this would have occurred.
