Regarding battery %

Yesterday i charged my iphone 11 battery to 91% then turned off my device for 15-20 min, after turning it on the battery % on top right corner was showing 95% but in battery section of setting, it was showing last charge to 91%. Is this a glitch, or a serious concern?

iPhone 14 Pro Max battery percentage I just got my new iPhone 14 Pro Max few days ago but when I’m charging I notice that the battery fluctuates. I unplugged the phone at 68% and after a few seconds it went up to 70%. Should I be concerned? This has happened a few times.
