Deleted emails reappearing
Every time I delete an email, it reappears in my inbox within a few minutes. I can delete it over and over again and it will not remove the email. This has only begun in the last two days. I have called my email provider Go Daddy and they claim this is an issue with Mac Mail. All the staff in the company are having the same issue. I have made NO changes to my email accounts. I'm on a MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey 12.0.1. When I log into Go Daddy webmail and delete emails this works. I don't want to have to run two email platforms so I can delete emails. What I have done to try to fix this:
- deleted my email account and readded
- reset my computer
- made sure all updates were completed
- checked the setting in mailbox behaviours
