problem is that i lost my phone long time ago, and didnt report about it becouse i have another phone. and now when i decided to make a report i saw that my Applecare+ is expired. what can i do if my Applecare expired but it was active when i lost my phone?

If you did not file your claim at the time of loss and your AppleCare is expired now, There is nothing that you can do.


There is no way to turn back the agreement. It is a contract agreement for 2 years. If it is expired, its expired.


Take a look at the AppleCare+ Terms and Conditions https://www.apple.com/legal/sales-support/applecare/applecareplus/
