Try this: go to Settings -> Mail -> Blocked -> tap your blocked email address -> swipe left - Unblock.

blocked email I block all unwanted emails. But I get them again, sometimes with in minutes of being blocked. I click on the name and it even says..."do you want to unblock" so the system know that that email address should be blocked-- but it does not block it. it is hard to submit these questions.
