Can't disable Home app remote access

I am the only user set up in the Home app, and "Control Accessories Remotely" is turned on (including Add and Edit Accessories), but the green indicator toggle for "on" is greyed out and I cannot disable.

I cannot disable the "Add and Edit Accessories" option, and when I click the "Control Accessories Remotely" setting the next screen with the green indicator toggle for "Control Accessories Remotely" is similarly greyed out.

I have no need for remote control and want to disable this, how can I do that?

Those options are selectable for other users of the Home. As the owner you are always able to add or remove accessories and control them remotely. You don't have to use the features.
