Problem with payment

Hi. I made an order on StockX.com and paid by Apple Pay. My money has gone, but order didn’t take shape. StockX’s support said:

“After reviewing your account, the payment was found but it was a void charge, we are not holding onto the payment and the payment should soon show in your account. We are not able to send you a receipt due to it being in another name, so I would advise that you speak to apple pay on when the payment will return.”

The payment was made on November 23, it was 394,40 $.
