if u have issues with subscriptions on ur account go to reportaproblem.apple.com and ask a refund for the purchases u see.

if its another account u dont recognise call or chat with apple support https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232

they may ask for order number which starts with 'M' and can be found on ur bank-paypal statement
