Hi - I've got a powermac and am trying to connect to up to a monitor I found. The connections are slightly different - is there a way I can link these two up / an adapter I can get?

That looks like an ADC monitor plug. The two connectors on the computer appear to be DVI and VGA. A DVI to ADC adapter existed (see the article below). However, it may be easier to locate another monitor and connect it to the VGA port of the Power Mac G4. Some TV sets allow VGA connections as well.

Thanks! I managed to find a DVI to ADC adapter and it's all working now, appreciate it!
And just incase, do you happen to know what mouse / usb would be compatible with it? The monitor model is M7649 Studio Display...

You're welcome! Glad to hear that it is working now.
Almost any USB mouse should work with the Power Mac G4.
The monitor in question appears to have a USB hub as well.
