Itunes device association

Hey guys..

I recently logged into my friends icloud on my device and that account had apple music. I then signed out of the account and logged back into my own account. I tried downloading music on my own account and it said i had to wait 90 days to transfer my device. I disassociated my device from that account on itunes store but it still made me wait. Is there anyway I can skip the countdown and solve this in the future?
