Apple Music with family sharing works on iPhone but not in iPad with same Apple ID

I just subscribed family plan for the apple music for my wife and myself.


While apple music on her phone works, it doesnt work on her ipad. They use same apple id and everything.


anyone know how to fix this?

Have her sign out and sign back in again so it takes a fresh look.

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
