I’m not sure if this applies to other apps as well, but for the game Geometry Dash, made by RopTop, the recent IOS 15 update appears to make the game incompatible and I am currently unable to access the app. Can someone help me fix this problem? Many thanks,

It does seem that the developer for that specific app has not updated the app to be compatible with iOS 15 or greater.
The best course of action would be to contact developer and let them know to update the application.

You’ll need to seek assistance from the App Developer - perhaps enquiring as to when the App with which you are having difficulties will be updated for compatibility with iPadOS 15.x.
It looks like the developers of the Geometry Dash game versions stopped offering updates to their various versions of their games 2-4 years, ago.
This game app maybe long unsupported and abandoned by its developer and may no longer work under future iOS/iPadOS versions.
Maybe nothing to be done.
