extending AppleCare+

I bought an iPhone 13 pro max from the Brisbane city (Australia) apple store on December 3rd with 7 days' of AppleCare+ on it, and was told to buy more on Day 8. I opened the box and set up the phone on December 4th.


I tried to buy AppleCare+ yesterday (8 days after purchase) and this morning (December 11th) as well (8 days after setting it up), but the website still tells me my device is already covered by AppleCare+.


Any suggestions for the next step?

Thanks MrBill3. I started where you suggested and it said my new phone registration is still in progress and that I'm covered under applecare+ till that's done.


Thanks. Mystery solved - but not really good enough as they tell you to purchase more applecare+ on day 8. I'll just keep checking every day, or go into the store when I'm next in town.
