Apple One and Apple Arcade

Apple Arcade doesn't seem to see my Apple One Subscription

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.0

What exactly do you mean? Apple One includes Apple Arcade, so any existing subscription to Apple Arcade should have been cancelled once you subscribed to Apple One. Has that not happened for you?

Thanks for getting back to me. When I open the website for Apple Arcade on my MacBook pro, it asks me to log in then asks me if I want to buy a subscription. It doesn't seems to recognize that I have access to Apple Arcade because of my subscription
