Recovery the OS as previously loaded

I have my MacBook pro update on OS Big Sur. I was unable to load Mojave or Catalina and my system crashed having to make a factory recovery and it is now running on Yosemite. Can I can update the Os back to Big Sur?

Click on Big Sur. You may need to wait for Apple to fix an issue with the App Store servers before the link works.
