My beats solo3 have no base and the sound is very muffled.

They still kind of work but I can only hear the sound if it is at top volume but it is still pretty quiet. There is no base sound. I was hit by a car last week and they fell in the road. At the time they seemed fine but I wonder if they are damaged. I really hope I don't have to buy new ones. Any ideas?

Hello LaurelKat,

We're glad you thought to ask Apple Support Communities about the issue you're having with your Beats volume, and hope you're OK after your accident. Does this happen if you pair them with another device? Those steps can be found in the following guide, just in case: Set up and use your Solo3 Wireless headphones

If so, reset and update them to see if that helps:

Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones

If the issue continues, we recommend getting them in for service. To look into your available options, start here: Beats Repair and Service

Thanks, and take care.
