They still kind of work but I can only hear the sound if it is at top volume but it is still pretty quiet. There is no base sound. I was hit by a car last week and they fell in the road. At the time they seemed fine but I wonder if they are damaged. I really hope I don't have to buy new ones. Any ideas?

If so, reset and update them to see if that helps:

My brand new set are the same no bass - very poor what’s the actual problem or are they just very inferior quality compared to AirPods ?
