Apple problem issue ( Never Dropped, never water damage )

Hi, Mr/Mrs

Kindly help, acually Me with my family are loyal users of Apple. I bought an iPhone XR 64GB Blue on the 8th, July 2019. After less than a year and a half, I noticed that the Apple was suddenly hot and suddenly shut down. I have never entered the water again, nor have I fallen. I am very disappointed, I have used Apple for so many years and have never tried this problem. Then I took the Iphone XR to Mid Valley Machines Service Center & One Utama Mac City... The staff completely passed the warranty, and Need exchange part motherboard RM2099 only 3 month warranty, Is this how you treat regular customers? Do you have any better solutions?

Regard

So sorry to read about your iPhone issue.

Since you chose not to take it to an Apple retail store for service, Apple was not liable for any inconvenience caused by the repair.

THIS is my recommendation:

Get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.

Judging by the names of the businesses (and shopping centers where located) mentioned, the OP took the device to stores that are Apple Authorized Service Centers in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur area) where there are no Apple retail stores. Taking it to a Genius Bar in a country other than that of purchase will usually result in a response that it has to be serviced in the country where it was purchased.

At least Mac City claims to be an AASP.

So does Machines (yeah - that's the name of the company).
