Mac Air continuously reboots and I can't sign in.

Mac Air is continuously rebooting and I can't log in or do anything else. It was bought in 2013 and I keep it up to date with all upgrades.

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 11.6

See if you can restart it in "Safe Mode": How to use safe mode on your Mac.
