I had an iPhone at 2019, I was using iCloud for backup and also I upgraded my iCloud account at that year. Then I have move to android phone. Now I return to use iPhone again. But I couldn't access old iCloud backups, all my backup files include whatsapp and icloud photos are inaccessible. Can I access my old iCloud backups that they are not listed at backup list?
Did you continue to pay for your upgraded iCloud subscription plan while you were using an Android device? If you failed to pay for your storage subscription it is very possible your data was deleted to reduce your account back down to the free default 5GB of storage.

You would have to ask Apple iCloud support if there is any possibility of recovering data. But my guess would be if it is not there when you look, it is gone and unrecoverable.
You are right, I didn't pay for subscription plan during that day. Now I'm starting to pay subscription fee, is it possible to access old data or Apple had already deleted my data?
