can't update apple store

When ipad was bought there was one apple id. For now - another. I unbound previous apple id, made hard reset and bound new apple id.


When I open apple store it says "need update apple store". When I try to update it says "enter the password". Password for my apple id is incorrect. When I click "forgot password" there suggest previous apple id. If I enter my apple id, enter new password I just change my password and everything repeating from the start.


I can't use apple store, can't update, can't delete. I tryed to change my pass, reenter to my apple id but nothig works

You can delete the apps bought with the old Apple ID and buy new copies, or you can ignore the situation and leave those apps at their current update level. Each has drawbacks.

You should probably have deleted the apps at the time you lost access to the old (owning) Apple ID. You would also have lost any locally stored data like game progress.


Is "need update apple store" exactly what it says? It wants to update the Apple Store app, the one for buying hardware? That doesn't have any important local information, and it is free, so you don't lose anything if you delete it and re-"buy" it.
