A day ago, my Face ID worked on my “On My Phone” notes but today it doesn’t and I don’t remember my password and it seems I can’t change it either. Is there a way I can make my Face ID work again on my “On My Phone” notes?

We understand that you're unable to unlock your notes on your iPhone with passcode or Face ID. For locked notes, you can change the passcode, but you will not be able to access locked notes unless you can remember the passcode used for the locked note. Review the section "If you forgot your notes password" of How to lock notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
