enquiry about apple developer account

hi, we had an individual developer account with apple. membership expires tomorrow. few days back we submitted a request to convert account from individual to organization, but there was no progress.

what should we do now?

what will happen if the account expires?

if we dont renew the account, will it get autoconverted to organization ?

need a solution please
