Apple developer account status is completed but can't access it

I recently purchased apple developer membership. All goes well. I was charged and I got multiple emails. Final email was the receipt. When I put my order number on the "track order" place, it shows the order is completed and delivered.

But when I visit developer site, it asks to complete my enrolment.

I guess it is some sort of bug or something. Its been a week now and I had emailed the support too but got no response. Any help?
