Hallmark Movies Now App Not Working

I subscribed to the Hallmark Movies Now from their website and started using the app on my Apple TV 4k the problem with the app is everytime I exit the app (I am not signing out, just exiting) the app does not retain my logon information the next time I launch the app, I have to re-enter my userid and password. Apple should remove this app from the app store until it is working correctly. Right now I have a yearly subscription that I cannot watch on my primary device.

Try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

Appreciate the response. I have done all the steps above, app developer is aware of the problem and no fix is available as of today (12/11/2021) or at least when I checked the version number. If the app isn't working properly it shouldn't be on the store available for download.
