Anyone having issues with gboard on iOS 15?
The app hasn't been updated in a year.
Only recently the gif search has stopped working.
I have tried all basic troubleshooting. Full access, reinstalled etc.
Any ideas?

Yeah, freaking sucks. I downloaded ‘GIF Keyboard’ from the App Store, and that works. Not as seamless as the GBoard, but it work for now.

Yes, it is very frustrating when 3rd party developers fail to keep their apps up-to-date. I would contact them and complain.
I put in a negative review over this issue on the Gboard app. It was just updated since a year ago. Maybe it will work now. May need to uninstall then reinstall.

As mentioned, the app hasn’t been updated in over a year so there is no update available. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and turned off and on full Access on the keyboard and still not working. I was hoping others had this issue and maybe had come up with a fix!
It’s very frustrating to update your phone just to discover that your Gboard’s gifs no longer work and no troubleshooting works😫 AND the only solution is to uninstall the update but there’s no option to even do that🧘🏽♀️
Agreed! So frustrating. I would use ios-Apple keyboard if it was technically-resource competitive, but alas they are not!
