iPad Pro wont close apps running in background
Cannot close background apps by swiping up since last update
How do I close these?

Swipe up on the screen about half way and you can see the apps opened. You can swipe upwards from there. However, it is not necessary to close these apps unless they are not running correctly. They are in a suspended state and not actually running. Close an app on your iPad - Apple Support
