How come my watch face zooms in all the time and I cannot reset it

I watch face zooming out when folding arms When my arms are folded my arm is long pressing the watch face causing it to zoom out. I have no other faces to choose from so it just sits there zoomed out. Is there anyway to stop this?

also you have to double tap with TWO fingers to zoom out.

Watch app on phone;

Tap on accessibility and turn off zoom.
