iPhone XS Max stuck in bedtime mode

I have turned off bedtime mode, restarted my phone several times, and disabled bedtime mode from my Home Screen and I can not get bedtime mode to stay off. I need it on at night so I’m not disturbed but everytime I turn it on the end time does not end when it’s supposed to. I can not receive texts and calls, it’s driving me crazy!!! I was sent a “new” phone (refurbished) from my insurance claim and it has done it since I received the phone for a month now. Anyone with an answer I’d greatly appreciate! Thank you!

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? What time does it enable? What time does it disable? Also, which iPhone and IOS version are you currently using?

A newer iOS version is available, iOS 15.2.

Let's back up your device and update: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Once you update, test to see if the issue persists and let us know the results.

I have the bedtime mode set from 10pm to 6am but my phone is in do not disturb all day long. I haven’t been able to figure out if it’s ever disabled. The bed is always up in the corner. I have tried turning bed mode off completely but notifications, texts, and calls wake me up. So I have it enabled but even when it’s not supposed to be blocking calls and texts it does all day to my knowledge.

I have an IPhone XS Max operating system OS 15.1
