MacBook Air M1 How do I instrall a color profile

I have downloaded a color ICC profile that I want to install but with latest OS it is not clear to me how do do that. With Catalina it was a simple matter of dragging the profile into Library and then Color Sync. But the new OS doesn't appear to have a Library section. Any help appreciated sincerely.

There are two options depending on whether you want it to be available system wide or just for one user.

In the single user case, in Finder, hold down the Option key, select the Go menu and Library will be listed in it and select it. In the new finder window simply open the ColorSync folder and place the new profile in the Profiles folder.

If you want it available system wide, doing the same as above, except in the Go menu select "Go to folder...". enter the text /Library. Again navigate to the ColorSync/Profiles folder and put it there.
