My wife and I have a shared AppleID for my MAC and with her Iphone (big mistake).. So I now see her incoming messages, etc. How do I "delink" so that I just stop getting her messages, but not remove the device??

You need separate Apple IDs. To stop seeing her messages, go to Messages/Preferences/Accounts on your Mac, and uncheck Enable this account.
