Update to iOS 15

Hello, I’m from Russia and I have updated my phone to iOS 15. I lost all my music in Apple Music, but my subscription is normal and I don’t understand what’s wrong

We see that you have questions related to Apple Music on your device, and we're happy to offer some direction that may help.


To get started, does this behavior occur on multiple devices or different network connections? If so, we'd advise verifying that your subscription is active. Our video at How to manage subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch | Apple Support shows a number of options to do so.


If you can confirm it is active, next check to be sure you are signed into the account that has the subscription. Go to Settings > App Store to check which account you're signed into or to sign into your account on our current iOS software. You can also use Settings > Music to confirm that Sync Library is enabled for these features.
