3m worktunes no longer works with phone after update. Very frustrated!!!!

Updated to 15.1 now 3m worktunes headphones no longer work with my phone as a Bluetooth device

iPhone SE, iOS 15

It now works if I turn my phone off silent ring. Seems odd but now it works. Prior to update it would still ring into the headset and I could talk even when phone was on silent. Almost exclusively have phone on silent.

Have you tested with any other Bluetooth devices to see if they have the same issue?

Do you know if there's a way to update the device? If so, see if an update is available and update if possible. See if that helps at all.

Finally, let's unpair and re-pair the device and see if that changes the behavior. Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch has the information about how to do that.

Not a problem with connecting Bluetooth. This device used to work with my phone as a speaker and mic. But now when a call comes in when connected to this device it doesn’t work as a headphone or mic. Same when I call out.
