Weird notification
Im wondering where this notification has come from? I cant click it, its not from an app- Im highly confused.

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone
Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
You mention you're unable to interact with the notification. Does restarting your iPhone help as this can resolve many odd issues: Restart your iPhone
