Strange ‘test Test TEST’ Notification
I have been getting these strange notifications. It’s probably just a bug but should I be concerned at all?

SOLVED
I held down on the notification and it came up saying it was from ‘Dlive’ which is a livestreaming service I have. I’ll message their company about this is figure out why I got the message.
