Why are most of the movies that I want to watch on Apple TV+ do I have to pay for them I have to pay for Apple TV why isn’t there an option to just see what movies are on that I don’t have to pay for

An Apple TV+ subscription is a channel of content. The Apple TV app and the Apple TV set-top boxes can play content from various providers, some free and some subscription and some pay. If you subscribe to Apple TV+, select thst channel, and you will see the content available to you.
