iPhone 13 pro audio

I bought an iPhone 13 pro about 10 days ago and have been noticing that whenever I am on a call and am using the front earpiece, the sound is severely static and metallic/"tinny". It's hard to make out anything being said on the other end. I am under the process of trying to get it fixed or simply exchange the phone out. But I really don't want to go through the effort now that the phone is out of stock just about anywhere if the issue has an easy fix. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
