Hi Normisfly,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you signed up for Apple One and then cancelled your Apple Music subscriptions. Since canceling your Apple Music, you can no longer access your Apple Music subscription and are being asked to subscribe again, do we have that right?

Are you currently in the free 1 month trial of Apple One? If so, the trial provides the services that you do not already have. So your subscriptions should remain the same until after the trial period has ended. At that time, the other subscription will automatically cancel and switch to your Apple One bundle. If you've cancelled a service, you may not be eligible for the free trial. It should automatically renew at the end of the trial. If you resubscribe to it, you will be charged.

Check out: Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One

If you need further assistance, you may want to reach out to the billing team at Apple Support. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: Get Support.

Hope that helps!
