A postcode is part of your mailing address. In the USA it is 5 numbers and is known as a zipcode, e.g, 90210 The postcode and address must be valid for the country of the store you are trying to use. You cannot use an address and postcode from one country to activate an account for use in a different country.
Look on a letter you have received or do a web search with the word postcode and the address where you live.
