How to unsubscribe from a thread

I am tired of reading all of these continuing messages, since the problem is solved, but I can't figure out how to unsubscribe to them. When I click on Unsubscribe at the bottom of a message it brings me to my Apple Discussion Group profile and shows that I am subscribed to this thread. However, for the life of me I can't figure out how to get out of the thread. Help please?
