Free App issue
Anyone know why when I try to download a free app, I get verify billing address. I verify and it goes back to the original password screen. It is only on my iPhone XR.

Do you have a valid payment method? Unless you have a None option in the payment methods, you usually must have a functioning payment method. Even for free apps.
