How to rename Magic Keyboard 2 on Monterey

Annoying that one is no longer able to comment on not-so-old threads.

None of the suggested solutions worked on Monterey 12.0.1

A "Debug" option does not appear when Shift-Option clicking the Bluetooth icon in the Menubar.

And Option clicking the name of the offending keyboard just disconnects it from Bluetooth.

UNLESS . . .

One is logged in as an administrator.

Then a "Rename" option appears.

This information produced by many hours of my life I will never get back.
