Cancel an App

I purchased an app (Cell Phone Tracker + by number) on my iPhone to try and help a friend find his lost phone. The app did not do what we needed and I would like to cancel it before it starts charging me a weekly fee tomorrow (12/13/2021). How do I do this? Thanks
