Grey translucent box

Hi All,

There is a gray translucent box over the bottom 3/4 of my screen. I have a brand new iPhone 13 promax 1 TB. I’ve done several resets including resetting the entire phone and removing everything and re-loading it. None of the techs at Verizon seem to be able to help me.

The box goes away when I do a soft reset but comes back within a few minutes. If I do a screenshot it doesn’t appear. So I’m including a picture taken with my other device externally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Signed. frustrated

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. If it’s going away at certain points, it may be an Accessibility feature. See if it’s related to Zoom:

Also, make sure your iPhone is up to date:

Alas. Thanks. But… None helped. Still there. Even ran the update. I’ve tried every accessibility feature setting in the several tech chats I had. And just tried again. Every one is turned off. Grey box is still haunting my phone. Ughh. Help!! :))))
