iPhone glitch

So there is voice control or someting I don't know what it is but if I want to type my password from my iPhone I need to klick it once and then 2 times more and that's with latterly everything I wanna do I don't know how it happed because 5 minutes ago it was just fine and I can't scroll or someting and for everything I push on it says what I do (sorry for the bad English) hope u can tell me what's wrong.

Say” Hey Siri, turn off voiceover” Or just tap twice anywhere that you would normally tap once, then go to Settings/Accessibility and turn off voiceover, which is a feature for vision-impaired users.
