Typing click loud and soft randomly

I’m getting freaked out. iPhone 8 running 14 here. For no apparent reason the keyboard typing click sound becomes unbearably loud and the response gets laggy. I start to search the web for symptoms of keylogger infection and suddenly all is quiet and there’s no lag anymore. The lag and loud clicks started when I went on to telegram and WhatsApp then stopped when I went looking for answers and searched symptoms of keylogger infection. I went looking for an answer here and found that someone posted about the same exact thing without the reference to a key logger and they got the typical unhelpful Apple response. End of conversation. What’s up?
