My iPhone 12 keeps crashing and I can’t even open an app

So randomly today I was using my iPhone 12 and the black screen with a loading symbol appeared but the symbol was frozen. I looked up what to do in this case (with my iPad) and i used the hard reset method but it did not help at all. It just turns it off completely and then the apple logo will pop up for about 10 minutes to then show my lock screen. I assumed it had worked on the first try but instead when I unlocked my phone the apps were gone and the same issue happened over and over again so I cannot even access my settings or any other app. I’ve only had this iPhone 12 for about a year and would not want to have to get a new one, please help.
