Iphone crashing

When I try to use my phone it'll crash, I restart it and it shows the apple logo for 10 minutes, then when it does officially restart non of my apps will show up and my widgets are flashing from the widget face to grey. I try to open an app and it goes black and it does the thinking thing. What do I do?

iphone xs max crashing My iPhone XS Max started crashing since Friday night. I first noticed it was on the black screen with the apple logo. It was unresponsive, I tried to do reset several times until finally it worked, but unfortunately it was not working properly. It will lag the apps will not open. So I reset to factory settings. Didn't work, same thing crashes randomly. Apps won't work, they crash once you try and open them. Does anyone have a solution?

iPhone crashed Unable to use iPhone. Can not make phone calls, text or use any apps. apps will freeze then close after launch. Unable to turn phone off unless I hit the volume buttons then hold down sleep button. Restarted iPhone a few times but nothing has changed. How do I fix this? please help. iPhone 14 pro max

It's not frozen though, when I go to open an app it crashes and goes to the lock screen

Now it won't let me go to the swipe area to turn it off
