When I try to use my phone it'll crash, I restart it and it shows the apple logo for 10 minutes, then when it does officially restart non of my apps will show up and my widgets are flashing from the widget face to grey. I try to open an app and it goes black and it does the thinking thing. What do I do?

Try this -> Force restart iPhone
It's not frozen though, when I go to open an app it crashes and goes to the lock screen
Now it won't let me go to the swipe area to turn it off
