I am from Singapore.
I bought a new iphone 13 pro max last week .
I cannot see the "Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data" option to turn on 5G
Is it if I restore data from iCloud ( which is backup from old phone iPhone Xs Max),
will it affected some feature missing at iphone 13 pro max ?
Hope you can help me ASAP.

The options to select 5G/LTE/4G are determined by the Carrier settings which are delivered through Carrie updates. This setting is, therefore, controlled by your carrier, SingTel. Does SingTel provide 5G data connection in the region where you are? Does SingTel require its 5G customers to use a 5G compatible SIM card?
You have stated that your purchased your iPhone 13 Pro Max from the US. One thing to check is whether the bands that your iPhone has are/is being used by SingTel for 5G? More information here ➔ Which iPhone 13 Model Works Where
